Summer 2012!

Hello prayer warriors. Thanks for your patience, those who were awaiting my posts!

We have been at Cedar Point a mere 5 days and God is doing so much already. Please pray for our increased faithfulness in Him and the eyes to see Him and what He puts before us. Pray for strength and full reliance on him as we enter into a challenging summer.

Here are the team members and places they are working!

Emily, Lauren, Bryan, Bryon - Chick-fil-A

A few specific requests for people we have met:

Josh - wisdom for conversations with guys in the warehouse. We have had a MTP team member work there the last two summers. Josh in a way is coming in right where he left off with a few guys.

Devon - Our housing was different than expected when we first moved in, so a few guys had another roommate, Mark. Devon had a very good conversation about where he is at with Christ. He grew up in a Bible believing church, but has fallen away in sin and knows it. They also work together at TGIF. Pray for continued opportunities and relationship with him, even if they move from that room.

A few of us met a couple of girls, Michelle and Lauren. When we said we knew each other from a campus ministry in Michigan Michelle asked us if we knew of Bible studies around! She grew up nominal Catholic and had been recently going through some things in the Bible with a friend. We have hung out with them a few times this week already.
